What This Position Is All About: The Specialist, Marketing Strategy will support Personalization as it relates to Web, Clienteling, Private Promotions and Targeted Marketing for Saks Fifth Avenue, driving long-term customer growth and retention based on customer analytics and insights. As The Specialist, Marketing Strategy You Will: Support Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy with strategy and day-to-day execution of personalization program as it relates to Web and Clienteling campaigns/pilots. Support Manager, Marketing Strategy with strategy and day-to-day execution of personalization as it relates to Private Promotions and Targeted Marketing campaigns/pilots Assist in execution of personalization campaigns/pilots by briefing projects, approving creative and segmentation, requesting offer set-up, developing store communications, etc. Structure, perform and interpret data analysis to continually improve omnichanel personalization efforts Support other personalization initiatives within Customer Journey and Personalized Campaigns on an ad hoc basis Who You Are: You drive for results and are action oriented You have organization agility and innovation management You specialize in timely decision making and manage the vision and purpose You Also Have: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field 1-3 years of professional experience in retail, consumer goods and/or marketing Proactive, energetic problem solver with interest in apparel, fashion and luxury retail Understanding of banner positioning, strategy and competitive landscape Experience or interest in strategic planning and analysis, business casing and cross-functional partnerships Experience in analyzing and interpreting KPI’s and metrics for success
