SPECIALIST, INFLUENCER MARKETING (A&F/kids)

The Influencer Marketing Specialist will work in coordination with the entire Influencer Marketing Team (InfluenceAF) under the brand’s Head of PR & Influencer Marketing to execute influencer-related marketing activations, including but not limited to the onboarding and relationship management of social media influencers, ideation and implementation of new and innovative influencer marketing strategies, influencer and social media trend monitoring, build-out of Abercrombie’s TikTok talent engagement and outreach strategy, contracting and management of A&F campaign talent and the management of agency partner(s). Identify new areas of opportunity for forming influencer relationships in efforts to grow brand affinity, increase awareness of Abercrombie’s product and purpose initiatives and drive revenue Assist the team in retaining its superlative as being an industry leader in social selling—testing, learning and utilizing proven strategies to ensure all InfluenceAF social selling initiatives are best in class Manage multiple external and internal partners to execute all influencer activations Act as primary liaison between brands and influencers/management teams, where appropriate Assist cross-functional teams in amplifying performance for areas of influencer marketing opportunity across the business (men’s, kids, activewear, fragrance, etc.) to maximize exposure of influencer content Collaborate with PR and Product Strategy team for product delivery/gifting consistent with merchandising priorities Assist in seasonal brainstorm and planning sessions to integrate influencer activations into the overarching marketing campaign; maintain open communication throughout execution to ensure cohesion with other brand tactics is maintained Integrate program plans and deliverables into existing cross-functional processes Drive clear program performance goals and reporting, including weekly, monthly, seasonal, and status/hindsight deliverables for Marketing Leadership Team; partner with CRM and Loyalty teams as needed Accurately deliver against established annual budget Drive robust test & learn strategy to maximize effectiveness; present findings to Marketing Leadership Team Continuously monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to ensure the brands stay at the forefront of influencer marketing What will you need to bring?​​​​​​​ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising or related field 2-5 years of experience in Marketing/Advertising, preferably for large lifestyle / fashion brands 2+ years of experience social media program management, influencer program management, and/or ambassador program management Demonstrated depth of knowledge of all platforms appropriate for Influencer Marketing with particular attention paid to candidates who have experience in TikTok Demonstrated understanding of Millennial and Gen-Z consumers of all genders Experience managing an external agency vendor/partner Some existing relationships with relevant influencers expected High level of critical thinking ability and curiosity, particularly in balancing multiple projects and priorities Very strong project management skills (including timeline development/management, budget) Collaborative leader, able to rally cross-functional team members to work effectively and efficiently together Strong relationship development/management and written/verbal communication skills High familiarity with integrated marketing disciplines (advertising, media, content, social, digital/e-comm, direct, CRM, PR, activation/events, in-store, etc.)
