SPECIALIST, GIFT CARD ADMINISTRATION

Ensure month end Accounting requirements for Smartclixx are completed timely Assist with PCAP (Promotional Card Activation Program) system administration and liaison to NY Marketing group relating to Promotional Gift card events. Self motivated, detail oriented and works independently as well as a team player Problem solving, appropriate decision-making processes, time management and use of written and verbal communication skills You Also Have: HS Diploma required; some college or Comparable work experience(s) within Corporate work environment preferred Minimum of 2 years in Corporate work environment, from preferably Accounting or Finance areas Working knowledge of mainframe, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle GL, Cognos, Smartclixx, Hyperion, Chesapeake UPCS, PCAP system, and Electronic Journal Application As The Specialist, Gift Card Administration, you will: Assist with management of Inventory levels relating to Gift Cards for Plastic and also Digital platforms Prepare, review, and oversee corporate B2B gift card orders, accounting entries, shipments, receipt of payment, and record keeping on all orders Prepare and assist with Creation of Gift Card account number files: Promotional cards, regular purchased cards, EMC cards, etc. Work with Card Vendors to for timely delivery of files and assign correct properties and descriptions within Smartclixx system Provide set up of all criteria in PCAP system for each Promotional Gift Card event Provide adhoc queries as requested for Marketing, Accounting, Saks Direct, Sales Audit, etc. Assist with Daily Smartclixx ID request and ID assignments Assist and Provide support for journal entries relating to financial entries for Gift Card programs.
