Spare Parts Coordinator - Client Services

You will be responsible for ordering and receiving parts on a weekly basis from the Worldwide team to keep in stock, picking parts to fulfill watch repairs, part orders and invoice & shipping.Job DescriptionRole MissionClient Services is an Client Experience Center that collaborates cross-functionally with corporate departments and stores to deliver an omnichannel client experience. You will be responsible for ordering and receiving parts on a weekly basis from the Worldwide team to keep in stock, picking parts to fulfill watch repairs, part orders and invoice & shipping.Key Accountabilities Pick spare parts for repairs and receive and invoice all direct part orders shipments to customers on a continual basis; Manage and communicate with customer service on backorders, and advise alternate solutions to use; Monitor and maintain spare parts availability for low inventory; Process & receive part orders from Switzerland on a weekly basis through the M3 system; Collaborate and assign repairs to watch technicians; Manage inventory control. Average 45-50 a day, inclusive of quality control upon completion; Assist with special department projects when needed.
