Sourcing Specialist-Fashion and Product

Job Description Reports To: Sr. Director of Creative Recruiting Location: Remote / Hybrid Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines that Recruiters and Account Directors can screen and submit to clients.Execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage passive and active talent.Review resumes and profiles to assess alignment with role requirements.Partner closely with Recruiters and Account Directors to understand search priorities and ideal candidate profiles.Provide pipeline updates, sourcing insights, and market feedback to recruiting teams.Support sourcing efforts for business development and prospective clients.Identify and test new sourcing channels and strategies.Maintain accurate pipeline and status updates within Talent Acquisition (TA) tools such as Avionté, LinkedIn, and other sourcing or recruiting platforms.Uphold data integrity, organization, and responsiveness standards.Support administrative tasks as assigned by members of the team, to include posting open positions in Avionte.
