SOURCING OPERATIONS MANAGERS

To drive the successful transformation of the business in becoming a world-class sourcing organization by strategically partnering with the core sourcing business in formulating various strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive financial results. To plan, coordinate, and/or support the execution of large-scale vendor summits and conferences for the region. Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities: To partner with various levels of Sourcing leadership to explore, solidify, and present new sourcing strategies To support the implementation of new organizational transformation initiatives, relating to sourcing operations,sourcing strategy, and vendor management To utilize and reference business analytics in formulating proposals to enhance the operational efficiency andeffectiveness of the business with the goal to drive greater financial results Develop, implement, and maintain sound business practices. Assist in developing reports, deliverables, and key KPI's tools. To plan, coordinate, and/or support the organization and delivery of large-scale events and conferences Education and Experience: Diploma/Degree in a related field Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role or capacity Managerial or supervisory experience is preferred Proven knowledge of data analyses and sourcing business operational flow Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Good command of both verbal and written English skills Solid experience with the development/updating of Vendor Scorecards Exposure to Global Sourcing metrics and analytics Behavioral Competencies: Plans and Organizes Demonstrates Business Acumen Resourcefulness Possesses Grit Collaborates To Drive Business Results Communicates Effectively Exhibits and Drives Accountability Develops Talent Demonstrates A Strategic Mindset Builds Effective Teams Manages Complexity and Provides Clarity
