Product Development and Production Management: Manage the entire product development process through production for assigned factories. Manage the development and production hand-off package to factories, including tech packs (TP's), BOM, and purchase orders (POs). Assist the Director of Production in planning yearly production capacity with factories. Maintain regular and effective communication with factories for development and production purposes. Create and maintain purchase orders (POs) as necessary.
