SOURCING MANAGER, Home Decor

You’ll be a close point-of-contact with Target team members in sourcing offices located in 20 countries around the globe, and you’ll support their work as liaisons among buyers, product developers and overseas partners. As a Sourcing Manager within the Home Décor business, you will work with a cross-functional team including Target Merchants, Planners and Product Design and Development to turn ideas into the merchandise on our stores’ shelves and on our online channels. You will be responsible for partnering with global sourcing and vendors to deliver high-quality, trend-right merchandise at a great value to our guests. About you: • Four-year degree or equivalent experience• 3+ years of relevant sourcing or merchandising experience• Demonstrated leadership skills including strategic thought and critical thinking• Ability to work with varying groups of people across the company and globally to achieve business results• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Flexible; comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly evolving business priorities• Strong analytical and data/reporting skills or production planning experience• Ability to develop and tailor relationships among a broad vendor matrix ranging from strategic to transactional• Ability to prioritize among competing deliverables, collaborate and influence a broad group of partners and stakeholders• Ability to travel as needed Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Target will provide reasonable accommodations (such as a qualified sign language interpreter or other personal assistance) with the application process upon your request as required to comply with applicable laws.
