Job Description Carter's, Inc. is the largest branded marketer in North America of apparel exclusively for babies and young children. The Company owns the Carter's and OshKosh B'gosh brands, two of the most recognized brands in the marketplace. Parenting can be tough, but at Skip Hop, we believe it can be easier when you have highly functional products on hand. This position will directly impact the quality of candidate we hire by sourcing and pre-screening top quality passive talent in the marketplace. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong command of Microsoft office suite* Previous experience with TA software and tools PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS* Demonstrated success using various sourcing techniques to find candidates for hard to fill positions preferred* A minimum of one year of Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
