Supports the execution of the sourcing strategy by researching and analyzing information regarding the supply chain. Generate, develop and analyze simplified reporting utilizing internal data warehouse, Tableau, and other data sources Maintain quarterly documents & tools (3 year strategy plans, country of production, brand matrix) Assist with preparation for quarterly strategy meetings and communicate information to cross functional partners Develop presentations to drive decision making for various audiences, including upper management Report economic, political, raw material cost factors on a weekly/monthly basis Obtain, assess, and manage supplier profiles for private and exclusive brands Lead planning of biannual vendor fair & post-fair surveys Drive annual vendor evaluations & communicate results to stakeholders Support special projects with Vice President/Director/Senior Manager Manage initial communication and documentation of potential new suppliers and present to Sourcing management Coordinate new supplier onboarding Review, monitor, and manage vendor factory addition requests Coordinate ad hoc vendor visits Assist team’s travel preparation Document & maintain best practices Develop training resources Continuously improve tools and processes Bachelor’s Degree ideally in Sourcing or Textiles.
