Job Description Education: Associate degree in Fashion or relevant field of study, or equivalent years of related work experience required. Work Experiences: 2+ years of related work experience or internship experience preferred Experience with measuring garments, the fit evaluation process, implementation of garment corrections and garment construction Skills: Ability to analyze, articulate and solve complex problems and concepts to make effective business decisions. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop; experience with Optitex 2D/3D Web PDM, PLM, or comparable software. Develop recommendations for consistent P.O.M.s and grade rules in Optitex 2D/3D and evaluate graded specifications and nested patterns, recommending corrections as needed by style. Physical Requirements & Attendance Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules governing professional staff behavior Up to 15% domestic and international travel, overnight stays as needed Ability to work flexible hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
