Soft Wovens Designer, Ready-to-Wear As the Soft Wovens Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the creative process, responsible for researching inspiration, developing new apparel design concepts, sketching ideas, and creating technical packages for the dresses, tops, and skirts categories at Rebecca Taylor. Collaborate with the design team to create mood and inspiration boards, effectively showcasing new trends, inspirations, materials, and silhouettes. Collaborate with the Merchandising team to develop commercial components of each collection, ensuring alignment with market trends and adherence to the brand's codes and business strategy. Prepare all necessary components for design presentations, including sketch boards, proto reviews, and production meeting preparation, while maintaining and updating trim sheets throughout the design process.
