We are developing a unique brand voice and your creativity, networking and quirkiness is going to take us from a spicy level 8 to an off the charts level 12!We are far from a typical corporate environment, we’re not small but we’re proudly independent. The person in this role will collaborate with the team to develop compelling content that gives our brand personality, creates a personal connection with our customers and aligns with the company’s vibe. An understanding of PPC is a plus• Organizes and maintains a schedule for social media posts. Develops ideas for compelling content that adhere to branding and style guidelines• Engages with industry thought-leaders to build long-standing relationships and identify opportunities with content contribution, share-ability and link-building• Works with agencies to create digital brand communications and content planning including blogs, social media, sponsored content, web content and digital ad messaging• Develops and produces high-quality, informative and fun content including videos, presentations and other related materials for blogs, social media channels, industry publications and other third-party channels• Establishes content strategies and campaigns based on keyword research• Analyzes marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization to meet revenue targets.• Collaborates with team members from departments such as design, marketing, production, packaging, e-commerce, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.• Stays up to date on current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications• Repurposes our best owned and user-generated content in creative waysSpecific skills and tasks:• Manages and develops content for social media including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter (content creation, schedule, engagement, ad development, etc.) We are a funky bunch and are looking for someone just as fearless to join the fam!• Are you able to check off all the above bullet points?Experience:1+ years of Content Marketing experience in a B2C industry with experience developing new strategies and managing content for digital marketing and social media channelsCMS experience a plusCRM experience a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field is a plus, but NOT required1-month trial/probation periodPlease submit a cover letter and resume along with demonstrated social media management experience which may include a portfolio or active social media accounts you have managed for clients or employers or as a student.
