Shutterfly is looking for a goal-oriented strategist to join our online marketing team to drive brand growth and customer engagement through social media. Responsibilities for the Social Media Strategy Manager: -Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to grow customer engagement for the Shutterfly, Tiny Prints and Wedding Shop brands, leveraging existing and emerging social media platforms -Create and optimize data-driven engagement campaigns to measurably increase brand engagement and positive sentiment through Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Snapchat -Conceptualize, design, create and manage content and social media campaigns and generate buzz through viral and influencer marketing initiatives -Ensure development of engaging organic content for each social channel and manage the editorial calendar for these channels -Collaborate with the cross-functional marketing, creative and business management teams to leverage organic/paid media activities and help drive social media roadmap projects -Identify and advise on social media growth opportunities -Potential to manage and mentor social media specialists Requirements: A problem-solver, able to analyze large amounts of data and produce actionable insight -Results-driven.
