Social Media Marketing Manager

The role will report to the VP of Marketing and will have high visibility across all marketing, product, content, business development, and sales in terms of building brand and voice across social channels. Key Responsibilities: Increase our social media followership and engagement and improve overall presence. Develop and oversee the execution of our social media strategies and campaigns across all major channels such as IG, Facebook, Snapchat, youTube, TikTok and Twitter, Pinterest. Provide direction, guidance and training for overseas social media marketing team in terms of cultural awareness, popular trends, tone of voice, design, etc. Work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and optimize social media, marketing and PR strategies with Influencers, brand ambassadors and celebrity collaborators Identify opportunities to partner with like-minded businesses to further team objectives and expand the brand awareness and customer engagement Required Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field of study Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing social media accounts with at least 1M followers and be in the fashion or DTC space Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team of 3 or more people A strong understanding of marketing on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok Demonstrated strategic, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead effective teams Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin will be a huge plus
