The Role: We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to bring our brand's unique voice to life online. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing our social channels (Instagram and TikTok), and executing marketing initiatives that drive engagement and traffic. You will work closely with our Creative Director to ensure a consistent and authentic brand presence that reflects our core values.
What You'll Do:
Capture, create, and edit high-quality, behind-the-scenes photo and video content in our NYC studio.
Write compelling, on-brand captions that reflect our authentic, "no-filter" voice.
Manage the daily content calendar and schedule posts across Instagram and TikTok.
Actively engage with our community, responding to comments and DMs, and building relationships with brand advocates.
Manage and update our social commerce channels (Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop), ensuring products are tagged and promotions are aligned with our main store.
Support key marketing initiatives, including the social media promotion of brand collaborations (like Lulu & Lala) and influencer gifting programs.
Analyze and report on social media performance, tracking key metrics for engagement and growth.
Who You Are:
You have 2+ years of experience managing social media for a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
You are a proven content creator with strong skills in mobile photography and short-form video editing for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
You are an excellent writer with the ability to adopt a specific, authentic brand voice.
You have experience with social commerce platforms and social media scheduling tools.
You are passionate about sustainable fashion and excited to help build a brand with a powerful mission.
Pay: $25.70 - $35.95 per hour
