Who You Are: Possess a mix of creative and strategic abilities Have an understanding of and passion for social media Have management experience Very strong organizational and project management skills Attention to detail a must Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills Thrive in fast paced environments Resourceful, proactive, takes initiative You Also Have: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or fashion merchandising 4 years digital marketing & social media experience Strong command of design and content editing skills As The Manager, Social Media, You Will: Oversee and manage Beauty, Men’s, Kids and Home, including Lead seasonal Social strategies Ideate and prioritize features based on key trends, vendors, items Act as point of contact for co-op proposals & fashion books/digital events Vet influencer needs and selection Review and edit SOWs and proposals Review & select assets for Divs, present to team for sign off Manage Divs in social roadmap and cadence docs Lead ABG Cadence and Content Management for @BarneysNY Support the buying office purchases through selecting key product for editorial features based on depth & priority looks Own Saks Men’s IG @TheSaksMan and leads @TheSaksMan community management in terms of tracking + liking/commenting on tagged images by major influencers, designers, brands, friends of house Creates & edits social content (IG Stories, Reels, IGTVs) Exposure to rewarding career advancement opportunities, from retail to supply chain, to digital or corporate.
