About Hampden About You You are a proactive and creative storyteller with a strong understanding of social media’s ever-changing landscape and a proven ability to bring a brand’s vision to life through engaging, sales-driving content. As the Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you will develop and execute concepts for Hampden’s social media strategy with the goal of increasing sales, driving platform growth, developing strong influencer relationships, and maintaining Hampden’s elevated-yet-approachable social media presence. Qualifications & Experience • 2-4 years experience leading and executing social media and digital marketing content production and strategy • Proven track record of building and executing winning social media strategies • Familiarity with luxury women’s wear and knowledge of or passion for learning about Hampden’s brand assortment • Deep knowledge of best practices, trends, analytics, and tools on all social media platforms • Comfortable in front of the camera and generating UGC for Hampden’s use • Strong editing skills with knowledge of CapCut or similar software, Adobe Premiere Pro experience is a plus • Working knowledge of Later • Excellent communication skills and passion for storytelling • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to balance data-driven insights with creative instincts • Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate across different teams
