Responsibilities • Develop and execute social strategies to grow TikTok reach and engagement • Create, edit, and post daily TikToks that align with brand tone and visual world • Research trends, sounds, and formats that fit Archer’s point of view • Track performance and identify what’s working • Assist with Instagram content planning and rollout About You • Extremely online — understands cultural shifts, fashion trends, and TikTok algorithm behavior • Strategic, curious, and proactive about growth • Eye for design and visual storytelling • Comfortable filming, editing, and testing ideas quickly • Passionate about fashion and creative direction Details • 1–2 hours per day (flexible schedule) • internship (school credit available) • Remote, with optional NYC content days Job Type: Internship
