Social Media Growth Specialist Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for strategizing, developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to support our organizational goal to increase our online presence across all major social media platforms with the top-level goal of driving revenue and traffic to our retail and online locations. Job duties and responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage a results-driven social media strategy Define most important social media KPIs Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content Attend events and produce live social media content Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels Measure the success of every social media campaign Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies Use social media marketing tools Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization Collaborate with marketing team to create and manage social media calendar Monitor social media channels for industry trends Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments Review analytics, create and present reports on key metrics Assist in the development and management of social media marketing, affiliates and influencer marketing strategy Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network Assist Marketing Department with necessary support Support retail stores as needed Manage platforms (Yelp, Google My Business, Apple Maps, etc.)
