Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Specialist to assist with developing social media content, schedules and strategy with the goal of increasing traffic to our property websites, increasing event attendance and growing our social media pages. The Social Media Coordinator must be passionate about our lifestyle driven properties, understand the power of a great photo and be a social influencer. The perfect candidate: - A creative writer with ability to hone a social voice - Has a good eye and the ability to snap a compelling photo to supplement professional photography - Excels in fast paced environment - Has excellent communication skills and is self directed; able to coordinate and prioritize content and initiatives - Has a flexible schedule - Wordpress experience and basic html/css a strong plus - Develop and implement social media calendars and initiatives to generate additional awareness of our properties and events - Create an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics - Help develop daily, weekly, campaign-driven and long-term social media content strategy that include new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions - Monitor social media trends, tools, apps, and effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media techniques - Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
