SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Kenneth Cole is looking for a social media coordinator to assistant in all areas of our organic social channels and influencer marketing programs. This role will report into the Social Media Content Manager and will work alongside the in-house creative team as well as outside support on the creation and distribution of content across multiple social media platforms. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about social media, has their finger on the pulse of the latest social trends, platform updates, features and can spot innovative content and bring fresh ideas to the table.How You Work Schedule and post content daily across Kenneth Cole’s organic social media channels including but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, Pinterest and LinkedIn Maintain the social media calendar, updating frequently based on monthly focuses, campaign needs, brand goals and KPIs Responsible for community management across Kenneth Cole’s social media platforms addressing all messages, comments, tagged photos, mentions, and any other questions or concerns in a timely manner to deliver best-in-class customer service Work closely with Social Media Content Manager to brainstorm content ideas that support ongoing brand goals and marketing campaigns, taking into account current social media trends and ongoing performance insights Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness Assist Social Media Content Manager with social content copywriting Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including brand and creative to execute behind-the-scenes social content Utilize analytics platforms and survey competitive landscape to share insights and trends in real-time Track, measure, and report on social media KPIs and benchmarks for monthly and campaign performance, including interpreting data and turning into actionable insights Coordinate social media contests and giveaways with internal and external partners Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way HOW YOUR PAST WORKS FOR US (required) 1+ year of online community management and social media experience Advanced understanding of social media best practices Strong written (including copywriting) and verbal communication skills Photo and video editing skills Time management and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft programs, Google Docs, and Digital Communication tools
