You’ll conceptualize, capture, edit, and post content while keeping a sharp pulse on trends, analytics, and new ways to bring the Marsh Wear story to life. What You’ll Do • Lead the development and execution of Marsh Wear’s organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn • Capture, edit, and publish authentic photo and video content — both on your iPhone and with professional camera gear (bonus points if you’re skilled with both). • Identify and activate social trends, sounds, and cultural moments that align with the Marsh Wear brand. Bonus Points If You • Have 2–4 years of experience managing or creating content for lifestyle, outdoor, or apparel brands. • Freedom to shape the brand’s visual storytelling and community engagement strategy.
