Social Media & Communications Manager

We are seeking a full-time Social Media & Communications Manager to lead and grow our digital presence. As part of a small, creative team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact and help scale a unique, small-batch fashion brand in a competitive market. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and marketing strategy aligned with brand goals, including outreach within the St. Louis community Plan and maintain content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok, ensuring consistent branding and messaging Create engaging, high-quality content (photo, video, and written) that showcases products and tells the brand story Comfortable being behind the camera & in front of it Lead campaigns, promotions, and partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase visibility and drive traffic In collaborations with the customer service team, responding to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely, professional manner Collaborate with the creative team on marketing materials such as email campaigns, blog content, and website updates Identify and execute local marketing opportunities, including pop-ups, events, and partnerships with other businesses Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing (fashion industry preferred) Strong understanding of major social platforms and current best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative thinker with a strong visual eye and attention to detail Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects Outgoing and comfortable engaging directly with customers and the community Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Passion for fashion and genuine enthusiasm for brand storytelling
