Someone who understands trends and knows how to flip a viral video or image to fit within the brand's messaging and identityIdeally a college student in the Akron surrounding area who is looking for credit hoursThey have a love for art and fashion and understand the importance of great product layoutsCan keep their cool responding to comments (unlike us) from trolls and people just wanting to hate, and being able to keep it light hearted or able to turn that hater into a lifetime fanSomeone that is a self motivator. If you see a post that is blowing up and you have an idea for it, you do it, you don't wait for us to tell you.Can replicate or stay true to our messaging and style of posts and photosComfortable doing influencer outreach to trade merch for photos and videosSomeone (using this word alot) who understands the importance of behind the scenes videos without having to be directed to "film this" , you should have the awareness of something worth filming behind the scenes ie. If you come in and absolutely crush it and we see the data that supports it (data never lies!)
