Social Media and Partnerships Strategist – Austin Vintage Fashion Brand

We’re a small but ambitious vintage apparel and lifestyle brand based in East Austin, Texas. You’ll be responsible not only for how the brand looks and sounds online, but also for helping open doors — connecting Daddy’s Home Vintage with vendors, collaborators, events, and partnerships that align with our aesthetic and values. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who understands culture, vintage, fashion, and community, and who is comfortable representing the brand both online and in person. Community & Brand Representation • Engage with the Daddy’s Home Vintage community online and in person • Build authentic relationships with customers, creators, and collaborators • Act as a brand ambassador who understands and protects the Daddy’s Home Vintage identity • Assist with storytelling around the brand’s history, values, and products Compensation • Competitive hourly rate between $30-$45/hr or monthly retainer (based on experience) • Potential for commission or bonuses tied to partnerships, events, or sales growth • Opportunity to grow the role as the brand expands
