Internship Purpose: The EILEEN FISHER Internship Program cultivates the professional and personal development of our interns through meaningful immersion in our organization and culture. We are seeking a Digital Specialist to help with a technology assessment identifying best practices for the sustainable apparel & textile industry. Digital Specialist Responsibilities: - Research the current technology landscape for the full product lifecycle (examples include: blockchain, DNA fiber technology, QR Codes, AI) - Review internal IT programs to find linkages in support of streamlining data gathering and social & environmental reporting (carbon footprint data) - Review available information & intelligence and create concise abstracts for executive review Other General Responsibilities: - Support supply chain human rights and environmental data analysis, verification and reporting needs. • Experience conducting research and identifying relevant information • General knowledge of digital technology • Excellent written skills with the ability to articulately describe technical information • Interest and understanding of the textile and apparel sector, preferred.
