As a subject matter expert with a strong interest in human rights, sustainability, and social issues, this team member will work with SPARC Group internal stakeholders, company leaders, vendors, service providers, and customers to meet or exceed SPARC’s social compliance objectives. Internal – Cross Functional Partners Partners cross-functionally with SPARC Group Sourcing, Production, Legal, Merchandising, Wholesale, and Customer Service teams to ensure understanding of SPARC’s social compliance objectives. Educates cross-functuntional teams on SPARC’s social compliance strategies and goals. Drives compliance with SPARC’s Code of Conduct and other social compliance standards among SPARC vendors, agents, factories and suppliers. Motivated self-starter with an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
