Uniquities is a boutique that specializes in unique, ready-to-wear brands and premium denim, and features an edited mix of emerging & established designer clothing and accessories.
We are looking for a fashion-forward, outgoing Social Media & Sales Associate who loves styling, connecting with customers, and creating engaging content. This is a sales role with an emphasis on social media and content creation. You will work on the sales floor helping customers, building relationships, and contributing to store sales goals while also capturing authentic, on-brand content that showcases our store, team, product, and styling.
About the Role:
The Social & Sales Associate plays an active role in creating an engaging, elevated in-store experience through personal styling, relationship building, and exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their individual style, working toward personal sales goals, and contributing to the overall success of the store. The role also supports the Uniquities brand through social content creation, capturing authentic in-store moments such as styling videos, try-ons, new arrivals, behind-the-scenes content, and trend-focused features. This person should be comfortable on camera, have a strong eye for fashion and content, and stay current on Instagram, TikTok, and relevant social trends. They will work closely with the Social Media Manager to support content needs and maintain brand consistency while also participating in client outreach, store events, launches, and other sales-driving initiatives. A strong knowledge of new arrivals, designers, fit, and styling, along with maintaining a polished and customer-ready sales floor, is an important part of the role.

Success in this role means being equally comfortable styling a customer, closing a sale, and jumping in front of or behind the camera to capture great content.
