Social and Sales Associate

We are looking for a fashion-forward, outgoing Social Media & Sales Associate who loves styling, connecting with customers, and creating engaging content. This is a sales role with an emphasis on social media and content creation. You will work on the sales floor helping customers, building relationships, and contributing to store sales goals while also capturing authentic, on-brand content that showcases our store, team, product, and styling. The Social & Sales Associate plays an active role in creating an engaging, elevated in-store experience through personal styling, relationship building, and exceptional customer service. Passion for fashion, styling, social media, and retail.Sales-driven and comfortable working toward measurable goals.Confident, outgoing, and comfortable connecting with customers.Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok.Comfortable creating short-form photo and video content.Strong sense of personal style and current fashion trends.Creative, proactive, and able to recognize content opportunities.Previous retail, sales, styling, social media, or content creation experience preferred.
