The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, initiative, problem-solving skills, and be able to stand for long periods while lifting up to 30 pounds. This position also involves sponsoring hip-hop festivals and sports teams, as well as supporting community programs like "giving back" and staying up-to-date on subcultures.
