## Job description Site Merchandising for Philosophy.com \- Development of product detail pages \- Partner with cross functional teams for setting up pricing and product details \- Roadmapping products to respective categories \- Sequencing products on product landing pages \- Partner with Bazaarvoice Product ID for reviews to seed and syndicate new launch reviews to retailers \- Promotional set up along with promo content \- Proofing all site updates and promotions \- Create and submit asset briefs for site creative \- Make ad hoc site changes as needed \- Reporting for site search and understanding of site KPI's \- Collaborate with cross functional teams and external partners e-Commerce Merchant, Philosophy.com COTY, New York / Remote Will collaborate with Philosophy team, Expertise Team, and COTY Global Brand team to manage day-to-day site needs and all site activations required to support the DTC business. Reports to: \- Sr. e-Commerce Merchandise Manager, DTC e-Commerce North America based in New York City Experience \- 1-2 years of digital experience, with content management system \- Bachelor's degree required \- Analytical - Capability to perform thoughtful analysis of data & report clearly \- Proficient in MS Windows (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) \- Organized & detail oriented, time management skillset, problem solver \- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and presentation skills \- Candidate preferably brings experience in retail or with a beauty products company
