We’re seeking a Site Merchandising & Optimization Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of homepage content and global site messaging on KendraScott.com. This role is key to shaping the top-funnel experience—merging product, storytelling, and promotional strategy to drive conversion and reinforce our brand values. Homepage Strategy & Revenue Driving Content Planning • Own homepage content strategy, planning, QA, and execution across seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional moments. • Partner with the broader Site Merch team on mid-funnel testing initiatives, content entry, and merchandising enhancements that support overall site performance. • 2-4 years of experience in site merchandising, e-commerce, or a related role.
