Directs and schedules the work of all body shop employees. Provide training to facilitate adequate performance of job functions and to comply with company policy Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc. • 6 - 8 of direct operational knowledge and proven leadership skills in prepping processes, GHS, respiratory protection, painting, hazardous waste preferred • Certification in Automotive Tech, Paint & Body, PPG Refinish required • Must hold a valid Driver's License and the ability to drive automatic and stick shift • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions • Exposure to gasoline, fumes, pollen, and dust • The position is based out of the Shreveport, Louisiana office at a plant manufacturing/warehousing environment.
