We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Showroom Operations Manager to lead the daily functions of our luxury fashion showroom. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to grow into a sales leadership position while managing showroom operations. You will oversee all aspects of showroom management, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, efficient inventory control, and seamless team coordination. The Role (Why this is different)
This is not a typical retail operations job.
You’ll be the operational backbone of our flagship showroom, ensuring everything runs seamlessly—from fabric flow and production coordination to client experience and showroom presentation. This role has the potential to grow into a client-facing sales position and/or a managerial operations or marketing role in a fast-growing company.
What You’ll Own
Operations & Inventory
- Manage fabric, lining, and trim inventory
- Coordinate ordering, cutting, and fulfillment
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and logistics
- Maintain showroom organization
Vendor & Production Coordination
- Communicate with vendors and mills
- Track production timelines
- Coordinate alterations
Client Experience & Sales Support
- Support fittings and showroom flow
- Interact with clients professionally
- Learn custom clothing fundamentals
- Assist with business development
- Assist with events and partnerships
- Contribute to operational improvements
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workflows
- Professional communication
- Ownership mindset
Plus:
- Interest in fashion/luxury retail
- Inventory/spreadsheet experience
- Desire to grow into sales

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
