Position Overview: The Armani / Casa Showroom Manager is responsible for producing sales and building business relationships for the Armani / Casa brand. Description of Responsibilities:• To achieve and surpass business goals• To provide and maintain a proactive business plan while maintain peak productivity in all areas• To ensure smooth operation of boutique at all times• To recruit, develop, guide and train a staff that is dedicated to driving the business• To ensure all merchandise is handled appropriately and inventory is accounted for and monitored• To oversee the Operations function of the New York showroom by managing the areas of shipping/receiving, point-of-sale, human resources, building maintenance and operating budgets/invoicing/expensesPhysical Requirements:Lift/Carry 11-20 lbs. Frequent21-50 lbs. Frequent51-100 lbs. OccasionalPush/Pull 13-25 lbs.
