Our client is a fast growing, ethically sourced Diamond Jewelry company, with boutiques opening cross the country. Responsibilities of the Showroom Concierge: Checking clients in and offering refreshments Call to confirm upcoming appointments Checking out clients and doing some up sales when appropriate (not a requirement, but they would like to see it occasionally) Assisting with pick-ups and drop-offs Work with the retail operations team for repair or updates needed for the showroom Qualifications for the Showroom Concierge: Must be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service Strong organizational skills Must be always presentable Demonstrates professionalism Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree is required Benefits: Atrium Care package available, upon eligibility As a woman owned firm, we value diversity.
