Showroom Administrator

Menswear multi brand showroom (www.blackdog8.com) seeks the following: Showroom Administrator *Must have minimum 1 year of administrative experience directly related to the wholesale sector of the fashion industry(Preferably menswear) *Manage all administrative functions of the showroom including communications with buyers *Responsible for organizing and processing of customer purchase orders *Control inventory of samples *Generate monthly invoices through Quickbooks *Reconcile order confirmations against invoices *Supervise seasonal interns *Support sales team during trade shows and NY sales markets (light travel required- LA, Chicago…) *Liaise on a regular basis with each brand Black Dog represents on administrative and customer matters *Maintain purchase orders: shipping windows, vendor set up conditions and payable guides *Maintain proper appearance of the showroom *Must possess strong knowledge of excel.
