Role Description

As the Shop Manager at our Miami Design District boutique, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team while serving as a true brand ambassador. You will oversee all aspects of the boutique's operations, drive business performance, and create an exceptional client experience that reflects the ba&sh brand.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the boutiqueLead, coach, motivate, and develop the store teamDrive sales performance and achieve business objectivesDeliver an exceptional customer experience and foster long-term client relationshipsRecruit, train, and develop team members to maximize performanceOversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and operational excellenceEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standardsMaintain and elevate the ba&sh brand image while serving as a true brand ambassador

Candidate Profile

Passion for fashion, selling, and leading a high-performing teamProven leadership and coaching abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead by example and inspire othersProactive, dynamic, and results-oriented mindsetStrong organizational, operational, and problem-solving skillsExperience driving sales, KPI performance, and team developmentPrevious retail management experience, preferably in fashion, premium, or luxury retail
