Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Shop Manager role located in our leased dept. Inside bloomingdales tyson corner . As a Shop Manager at ba&sh, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with the brand’s ethos. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, ensuring top-tier service to customers, and maintaining an engaging and welcoming store atmosphere. Additionally, you will monitor inventory, refine store processes, and help achieve set sales goals.

Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Proven experience in Operations Management and Store Management, ensuring the smooth functioning of retail spaces.
• Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Experience expertise to uphold and enhance the brand’s values.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven retail environment.
• Prior experience in luxury retail or fashion is a plus.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to various responsibilities, including working weekends and holidays.
