Responsibilities -Ensuring a positive and enthusiastic shop environment -Greeting all customers and providing excellent customer service -Support with creating systems and implementing procedures -Managing all shop inventory -Support with buying and restocking inventory needs and re-orders -Managing eCommerce -Training and scheduling staff -Help implement and maintain all merchandising directives and strategies -Creating and posting social media content Qualifications -Retail management or similar experience required -This can be a part-time position, minimum of 20 hours a week.
