The Role:

As a Shop Developer, you’re not just helping customers—you’re shaping the in-store experience. You’ll represent Tadaima’s values, style, and spirit while supporting daily operations, merchandising, and community building. Think of this as part brand ambassador, part style expert, and part vibe curator.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and share the story of Tadaima with warmth and authenticity
Support customers with styling advice and product knowledge
Maintain visual standards and help execute floor sets and in-store displays
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Keep the store organized, stocked, and ready to welcome guests
Support events, activations, and creative projects that bring the brand to life
Stay current on Tadaima product releases, values, and brand language
