Shift Leader Style Encore - Job Description Title: Shift Leader Status: Part-Time Reports To: Store Manager Description As the Shift Leader, you will oversee teams of 3-10 people to create a fun environment for our customers, ensure our customers are helped in a timely fashion, and ensure our store is properly stocked and merchandised. Oversee teams of 3-10 people per shift, including directing the team to assist customers and ensure the store is properly merchandised Foster a positive, productive environment with your team and customers Open/Close the store, including managing safe and register funds and overseeing open/closing procedures Ensure all opening or closing checklist items have been completed during your shift.
