Requirements : • Minimum 2 years Fashion Retail Experience with at least 1 year Fashion retail management experience experience in fashion buying, fashion merchandising, fashion marketing a plus. • Ideal Candidate will have experience in : Cash management, store opening / close down procedures, training, inventory management, loss prevention, managing associates and general store management responsibilities. Shift Leader responsibilities include : • Opening and closing the store by following a list of tasks assigned for each day. • Helping maintain a fresh and visually enticing store that is clean and well organized at a level exceeding the competition and above customer expectations. Qualifications • Team player with good leadership and people skills • Strong coaching, customer service and selling skills with a take-charge mentality.
