You will be asked to learn, retain, perform and eventually teach different sewing operations. These are the necessary steps to grow within the company. Experience with any or all of these machines is extremely helpful. The sewing assistant/seamstress position has the potential for growth and promotion to the tailor/dressmaker position for a passionate and determined candidate that is committed to personal and company growth. You are asked to always be producing.
