Develop a deep understanding of data structures and data sources within Workday and Prism to extract relevant information for reporting purposes. Support the development of new data models within Workday and Prism to support new analytics requirements. Proficient knowledge of Workday reporting and analytics tools, including Workday Report Writer, Workday Slides, Composite Reports, and Dashboards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
