SENIOR WHOLESALE PLANNER

What you can expect: Manage monthly shipping goals while leading the weekly shipping meetings Develop by month by product area by account plans during each of the four annual planning cycles Develop sales plans by product area by account for each of the four market seasons Manage capacity planning across all divisions Support Off Price development working closely with Senior Management and the Sales Team Prepare and send daily emails, including but not limited to Shipping, Ready Report and TPS when needed Prepare and analyze ad-hoc reporting for upper management Be able to walkthrough profitability reports with sales team and collaboratively strategize go forward actions Support Sales team in preparation for Monthly Wholesale Performance Meetings Drive coordinated efforts with Sales Support team to maximize efficiencies Manage returns process from approving to communicating with the warehouse on any issues Assist with company initiatives across different functions (IT, Marketing, etc.) Project return flow to outlet on a monthly basis Liaise with GSO on monthly shipping targets Develop analytical templates to help increase visibility for sales team into their businesses Work with GSO team in Germany to manage customer master database, as well as other system cleanings Prepare slides for manager’s meeting giving a concise summary of business by major account Oversee Global Replenishment and manage communication with AG Your profile: Bachelor’s Degree Must have strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, SAP 5-7 years of planning or corporate sales experience Excellent analytical and communications skills Strong knowledge of retail math Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment Your benefits:
