As a Senior Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will lead the visual merchandising process in partnership with cross-functional teams to create compelling in-store and window presentations that align with the brand vision, drive financial goals, and inspire customers. With a keen eye on styling, current market trends, and store presentation, you will play a pivotal role in bringing product stories to life across Old Navy. • Balance digital and physical sample management and merchandising responsibilities. Who You Are • 2–4 years of retail industry and store experience, with a strong background in visual merchandising. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to incorporate and share creative ideas.
