Role Description The Senior Stylist is a full-time, on-site role based in Naples, FL, responsible for delivering personalized styling consultations and exceptional client service on the sales floor. Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients, assessing their wardrobe needs, recommending clothing and accessories, and coordinating complete looks for both everyday wear and special occasions. The Senior Stylist will guide clients on fit and tailoring options, support merchandising and visual presentation of the store, and contribute to achieving sales targets. This role also involves building long-term client relationships, maintaining client profiles, and collaborating with team members to ensure a consistent, high-quality in-store experience.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in fashion retail, personal styling, or wardrobe consulting, ideally in a premium or specialty environment.Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to listen, advise, and build trust with a diverse clientele.Solid understanding of menswear and womenswear fundamentals, including fit, fabrics, tailoring options, and current style trends.Proven sales skills, including clienteling, follow-up, and the ability to meet or exceed individual and store performance goals.Ability to work on-site full-time in Naples, FL, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail in all aspects of client interactions and store presentation.Comfort working in a collaborative team environment and supporting merchandising, inventory, and store operations as needed.Previous experience in luxury or specialty haberdashery settings and knowledge of custom or made-to-measure garments is a plus.
