Senior Stylist

30 Hrs per Week | Luxury Women's Boutique

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating exceptional wardrobe experiences while helping grow a loyal clientele in a modern luxury boutique.

What You'll DoLuxury Styling

Provide personalized one-on-one styling appointments.
Build complete wardrobes that reflect each client's lifestyle and personal style.
Style clients for everyday wear, work, travel, special occasions, and events.
Stay current on designer collections, trends, and fit.

Clienteling

Develop and maintain a book of business through exceptional service.
Follow up with clients after purchases.
Personally notify clients when new arrivals matching their preferences arrive.
Schedule private shopping appointments and wardrobe consultations.
Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business.

Sales Excellence

Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals.
Recommend complementary pieces to complete outfits.
Deliver a luxury shopping experience from greeting through checkout.
Help drive boutique sales through personalized recommendations and styling expertise.

Merchandising

Maintain beautiful sales floor presentations.
Merchandise new arrivals according to Primm's visual standards.
Create inspiring outfit displays and mannequin styling.
Ensure the boutique remains polished and client-ready throughout the day.
Inventory Management
Receive and process new merchandise accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all incoming inventory is properly tagged, steamed, merchandised, and sales-floor ready.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to leadership.
Assist with weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
Maintain stockroom organization and ensure merchandise is stored according to boutique standards.
Transfer merchandise between the sales floor and back stock while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Identify discrepancies, damaged merchandise, and inventory shortages promptly.
Support markdowns, price changes, and seasonal inventory transitions.
Help maintain inventory accuracy within Shopify and other retail systems.
Partner with leadership to analyze best sellers, identify slow-moving merchandise, and recommend merchandising strategies.

Team Collaboration

Mentor newer stylists through leadership and example.
Assist with fashion events, trunk shows, and designer appearances.
Contribute ideas for merchandising, events, and client outreach.
Support the team in achieving store-wide goals.

Qualifications

3+ years of boutique or luxury retail experience
Strong personal styling and wardrobe-building skills
Proven success in luxury sales
Passion for designer fashion and exceptional customer service
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Highly organized and self-motivated
Ability to work Saturdays and occasional evening events

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with designer or contemporary luxury brands
Clienteling and CRM experience
Visual merchandising experience
Shopify or similar retail POS experience
Social media or content creation experience is a plus
