SENIOR STYLING MANAGER - Luxury Women's Fashion (Hybrid)

This opportunity is a long-term ongoing position with full time hours. It is a hybrid role (minimum 2 days onsite) at their office in downtown Manhattan. Job Title: Freelance Fashion Stylist Senior Manager Job Responsibilities: On set for mainline shoots (inclusive of guide and suggest, gift guides, social videos and branded content) Internal market shoots Fashion shows and presentations Create styling decks for market shoots Create styling and casting decks for fashion shows and presentations Sample coordinators and freelance assistants to meet all styling and product needs Set up and prep for all style-outs and creative shoots Prep/dress/breakdown/return all product for seasonal fashion presentations Creation of master pull documents that track and coordinate all samples for multiple seasonal creative shoots across all categories Work cross functionally with closet sample coordinator, PR and ecom teams on sample coordination Pack/account/wrap/return all shoot product from all creative shoots Sample tracking ETD’s Product accuracy Restocking styling kits Organizing and maintaining creative team sample closet Manage sample sale of wrapped seasons Dry cleaning of used samples An outstanding professional will have: Elevated taste level Ability to understand the brand set aesthetic and apply through styling Ability to manage a team of sample coordinators and freelance assistants Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and meet tight/shifting deadlines Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail Familiar with Fashion GPS Proficient in google docs, excel, and PowerPoint 3+ years of experience in Styling Competencies for All Employees Courage: Doesn’t hold back anything that needs to be said; provides current, direct, complete, and “actionable” positive and corrective feedback to others; lets people know where they stand; faces up to people problems on any person or situation (not including direct reports) quickly and directly; is not afraid to take negative action when necessary.
